Makenna Douglas graduated in 2019 from Stockton University with a BFA in painting and Drawing. he is Propelled by a fascination with natural environments and the process to self actualization within them. his paintings use imagery from the northern Appalachian mountains juxtaposed with Philadelphia cityscapes to describe a contrast of sense of self within those surroundings. He continues to explore themes of nature in his illustrations, mixed media, and material use.
